Booking

1. Booking has to be made at least 2 months prior the arrival.
2. 15% deposit has to be made at the time of booking via PayPal.

Payment Methods:
There are two payment for the balance due:

1. Final payment can be made through the web site by PayPal 1 week prior to the arrival.
2. Final payment at the arrival can be made by cash or credit card (credit card surcharge will be added)

Reservation Changes:
Any changes to the reservation has to be notified at least 1 month prior to the arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
We accept cancellations with a full refund if made in writing within 30 days of the booking date.
No refund of deposit will be given for cancellations received within 30 days of the booking date.
